Not sure if it is the one or not, but there was also a Steve White in Chitose, Japan, with the ASA. Last I heard of this guy, he was the Chief of Police in Burnet, TX, but had left the job for some unknown reason. Send me an email and I will give you what I have.

Steve was in CID at Ft Devens in mid 70's, Believed to have moved to OK in the mid 80's; but before that he was an ASA MP at Kagnew Station, Asmara, Ethiopia in the late 60's. Thanks Jim Padgett
