I'm not sure about this but it may be because the group is "closed". You need to be invited to join.

The link provided on 2/22/2012 does not go the US Army CID Group. Instead it goes to an individual.

If you haven't been to the US Army CID Group on Facebook try it - but looks like you will need to copy the link and paste in browser as it does not seem to record the entire link here
Plenty of discussion there on the CIDAA website and plenty of CIDAA members are also members of the US Army CID Group which has over 520 members - and some of us on the Group are trying to encourage more agents to join CIDAA
