Bill Daniel here. Last I knew, he was living in Woodbridge, VA in Belmont Bay (South on US1, first left after crossing the Occocuan River. If you go to Zabasearch.com and run his name, one comes up in Woodbridge but not in the Belmont Bay area. Hope that helps and hope you are doing well.
