I visited with Chuck Chavis this afternoon. He is a warrior and has fought his medical problems now for several years. The incisions he had from the last surgery in August 2017 have not healed and continue to present complications. Just a few days ago Chuck was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer. Chuck has opted not to take any treatments for the cancer. Chuck is at home and is being cared for by his daughter Deborah and several Home Health Care providers. Chuck does not want Hospice care. Keep Chuck in your prayers.
