SGM Winans is survived by his wife of 61 years, Annemarie Winans; his children and their spouses, Edith Gaither (Billy), Debra Foxx (Arnold, deceased), Tina Mather (Mark) and Brian Winans (Carol); eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son, Kelly Winans (2013), and grandson, R. Christopher Gaither (1988).
