Samuel G. Suarez

June 22, 1927 - August 10, 2007

Samuel G. Suarez went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2007 at the age of 80. Samuel served in the US Army during WWII, and the Korean and Viet Nam Wars. Samuel achieved the rank of SFC and his service included years at the Fort Sam Houston CID Office.

Services were held August 14, 2007 at Trevino Funeral Home, and on August 15, 2007 a Holy Mass of Resurrection was at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Interment was in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.

Services were under the direction of Trevino Cupples Funeral Home.

Our sympathy and condolences go to the Suarez family. Sammy and I were CID partners for many years in the US Army CID at Ft. Sam Houston,TX. We shared many laughs together. He will always be remembered.

Harry DeJongh, also a long friend and CID agent expresses his condolences. He worked with Sammy for many years and asked that I post this message. Rest in peace, Sammy.
