Ceda was a good friend and an asset to USACIL-Europe. Sad to hear of his passing. Ironically my son, James Garland, died of a heart attack on April 4, 2018, at his home in Hollywood, Florida.

LN Ceda Popovic recently passed away as the result of a heart attack. Those of you who served at the Crime Lab in Frankfurt will have good memories of Ceda who was a Chemist there for many years. Ceda will be buried in Germany rather than in his native Yugoslavia.

Bill and I have special memories of Ceda. We needed an apartment on the economy. Ceda was moving out a very nice apartment in a high rise in Hanau. He arranged for us to rent the place. His help was invaluable.
