I've just confirmed that Tom Luke, former CW3, has passed. According to his wife, Tom passed, on 12/13/17, from a massive heart attack, while snow blowing his driveway in New Hampshire.

Tom and I first met, by telephone, in 1984, when he referred a contracting case from AVCOM to me, at Red River Army Depot. We then joined forces in Detroit, in 1986, and eventually became one of the first civilian fraud teams.

We left USACIDC and eventually retired as GS-15 supervisors at HUD-OIG.

Memorial services pending in Spring. Will advise.
