I worked with Harry at Ft. Gordon in 1966-67. One of the best Agents I ever worked for. Harry was my Senior Partner, I learned a lot from him. REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND. Last time I met Harry we had dinner in Florida where he lived.

Harry Willis Kinsella went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the age of 76.
Harry is survived by his wife, Nancy; son Gary (Denise); daughter Stacey Millingen (Peter), and grandchildren Paige, Ryan and Gregory.
Harry was a warrior that always put God, family, and his country first. He was a decorated military officer that devoted his life to law enforcement. Some of his incredible life achievements include overseeing the signing of the Berlin Peace Treaty, serving as the Assistant Inspector General for Health and Human Services of Florida, and spending his post-retirement years as a federal hearing officer.
We will be celebrating Harry's life on Monday, September 18th at 2 P.M. at the Faith Viera Lutheran Church located at 5550 Faith Drive, Rockledge, FL 32955. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org
