It was a pleasure to know Mike Haynes. We met in Berlin at the 287th MP Co and USACIDC RA ca. 1975. Spent some quality time together at several schools at FMAL, Level I Second Region and through the rest of our careers. Mike was the epitome of a "can do" agent. Thoughts and prayers with his wonderful wife, Megan, whom he met in AL; and their wonderful daughter Megan. Rest well, friend.

Condolences to Mike's family and friends for their loss. While I didn't serve in the same offices as Michael, he had a reputation as a good man and a good agent.

It is with sadness that I let you know that CW3 (Retired) Michael W. Haynes passed away peacefully this morning with his loving wife Melba, and daughter Megan, at his side at home in Ranburne, AL, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Mike was a dear friend and will be missed. Please keep Melba, Megan, and his extended family in your prayers. Funeral arrangements have not been finalized; I will post an update when the arrangements have been made.
