COL Edwin W Vail, MPC Retired, age 90, passed away on 24 September 2007. His spouse, Charlotte Vail, age 93, passed away on 15 September 2007. COL and Mrs Vail were married on 31 January 1942 and traveled the world together during military assignments in WW II and Korea until his retirement in 1969. They were residents of Satellite Beach, FL, at time of death. Among the survivors are one daughter, Barbara S Vail of Madison, Wisconsin.
