I served with SA Seiler while in Camp Casey in 92. What a fine man he was. I am saddened and our prayers are with the family. May God bless & Comfort you during this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Earl at Fort Lewis. He was a soft spoken, kind, dedicated professional and family man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. What a legacy Earl leaves behind. Rest in peace.

Just so you know, there are many posts expressing heartfelt pain and shock at Earl’s sudden death on the CID group at Facebook. Earl was a good man. He loved God and dedicated himself to His service after retiring from CID, where he was a great agent. His family and many friends (I don’t think he had any enemies) are in the thoughts and prayers of many of us who knew and loved him – he will be missed but I know he is in a better place now.

It is confirmed from entries made in Mr Seiler's online guest book that he is, in fact, the retired CW3 who served as a CID Special Agent.

There is or was a CW3 Earl Dean Seiler in CID. Is this the man? Is this his son? We need more information.
