CWO (Ret) George Buddy Rakas, born Oct 16, 1928 in Brownsville, PA passed away Jan 12, 2013 at age 84, in Cavazzale, Italy. Rakas was a 30 year veteran of the US Army and served during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. Rakas is survived by his wife of 65 years, 7 children, and 11 grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. Ciao George. RIP
