Additional information from Carl Koon is as follows: "The graveside service for my mother, Doris M Koon, is scheduled for 11: AM, Tuesday, 15 April 2008. There will be no church service. Joe Parker plans to take his motor home to Dunnellon, FL and park on his lot behind our mother's old house. This can be a gathering place for family members and friends who plan to attend the service. We are requesting no flowers, but anyone is welcome to make a contribution to their favorite charity, if they so desire."

Carl Koon reports the sad news that his mother, Doris M Koon, passed away in the University of Tennessee Hospital, Knoxville, TN, on 22 March 2008. Her "96 year old body just gave out". Services will be held in Florida sometime after 14 April. There will be no published obituary. Please send condolences to Carl and his family at the address on page 78 of your 2008 Gold Books.
