LTC Cullen, MPC (Retired), age 82, passed away in West Jefferson, NC, on 7 December 2007. LTC Cullen retired from the US Army in 1974 with 26 years of service spanning WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Following military retirement, he became a successful business man and philanthropist. Numerous survivors include his wife of 37 years, Mariette Blevins-Cullen. Services were held at St Francies of Assisi Catholic Church in Jefferson on 10 December. Interment followed with full military honors in Blue Ridge Cemetery, West Jefferson.
