LTC (Ret) Jack B Richmond 22 March 1913 - 24 November 2007. LTC Richmond was a graduate of the University of Louisville in Police Administration. He served as a Provost Marshal in the U S Army. His Army service was 32 years long after which he became director of the Louisville, KY, Civil Service Board. He moved to the Seattle, WA, area in 1986. The funeral home of Hoffner, Fisher & Harvey, Seattle, is in charge.
