Tim Jackson was a latent examiner at USACIL and retired and went to New Hampshire to work as a latent examiner. Tim just hit the news with an outstanding identification through AFIS using 'old school techniques' gained in his USACIL training. Good going,Tim,and congratulations on your upcoming retirement from New Hampsire!!!
